Bench Test Preparatory Course 2025

The Department of Restorative Dentistry & Periodontology at the Dublin Dental University Hospital (Lincoln Place, Dublin 2, D02 F859) will provide a two-day update course in preparation for the Irish Dental Council’s Statutory Examination Bench Test.

If there is sufficient interest, the Bench Test Preparatory Course will run for two days, 25^th & 26^th March 2025.

It will take place in the state-of-the-art teaching facilities at the Dublin Dental University Hospital and will consist of extensive opportunities to carry out appropriate restorative exercises in a supervised environment, including plastic restorations, crown preparations and provisionalisation.

The fee for the course is €1,500. Closing date for application is 14^th February 2024.  A completed application form and fee must be returned to postgrad.admin@dental.tcd.ie before this date. Where possible, priority will be given to those who were unsuccessful in their application for a place on the course in 2024. Thereafter, places shall be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please note that this course is in extremely high demand and so it will not be possible to accept all applications.
